Central Valley NMTC Fund provided financing to Maya Cinemas for the development of a 66,000 square foot, 2,700-seat movie complex in Fresno, California. The theater serves as the key anchor to the Square at Campus Pointe, a multi-phased master-planned development including over 1 million square feet of leasable space for retail, office, a new hotel, and multi-family senior, affordable and market-rate housing units.
