"Kyle Walton of Classic Lake Consulting was an essential partner in every phase of this transaction.  From the intake and marketing phase to allocation notification to transaction closing, Kyle did an excellent job assisting MLKCH in completing this transaction.  A major strength of Kyle’s is explaining the New Market Tax Credit program to lay audiences.  Kyle worked with the Board of Directors of both the hospital and our fundraising foundation to thoroughly explain and justify the benefits of a participating in New Market Tax Credit transaction.  We strongly recommend Kyle as a consultant for community-benefit transactions."
