Classic Lake has facilitated the placement of over $350 million of investment, providing critical financing for over two dozen community and economic development projects from new construction to adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation across the country. Classic Lake provides supportive services to municipal agencies, real estate and housing developers, small businesses, healthcare and education institutions, fresh grocers, non-profits, and financial services firms, enabling them to bridge capital gaps. Classic Lake also works with developers to increase outreach and hiring of minority- and women-owned businesses to address workforce equity.

Homestead Station - Homestead, FL

The 250,00 square foot mixed use facility will bring entertainment, retail, dining, and a multimodal transit center to the City’s Historic Downtown District. Homestead Station will include 30,000 square feet of retail and dining space, 65,000 square feet of family entertainment center space including 10 movie theaters, 14 lanes of bowling, and 1,000 parking spaces. The City’s new multimodal transit station is connecting to Miami Dade County transit infrastructure expansion projects and is designed to reduce commute times between the City of Miami and the City of Homestead Station while also increasing access to the everglades. Homestead Station will also house the City’s Trolley, a free transportation service for Homestead residents and tourists.
